From September 4th to 6th, the 2024 Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit, themed "Joining Hands to Advance Modernization and Build a High-Level China-Africa Community with a Shared Future," is being held in Beijing. At the summit, leaders from China and Africa are convening to strengthen their relationships and map out joint initiatives for cooperation.

According to the latest data released by China's General Administration of Customs, in the first seven months of this year, China's total trade volume with Africa reached 1.19 trillion RMB, marking a year-on-year increase of 5.5% and setting a historical record for this period.

To celebrate China and Africa's long and stable friendship, Southern Finance Omnimedia Corp. presents the documentary Grow Together: Seeking Opportunities in China. The documentary captures the rich narratives of numerous African entrepreneurs who have ventured to China in pursuit of commerce. Spanning from the provinces of Guangdong and Hainan to Xinjiang, these entrepreneurs are charting new commercial frontiers, embracing the Chinese market with an eye for its abundant opportunities.
